Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a fee to join the QIMA Affiliate Program?
No. It is free to join.
How do I sign up and get started?
Visit the Become a QIMA Affiliate webpage and submit the application. Once approved, you’ll gain access to your personalized affiliate dashboard, where you can generate your personal tracking link and start promoting.
What commission do I earn and for how long?
You earn 5 % commission of the revenue from every inspection, audit, test, or certification order that your referral(s) book. QIMA pays commissions on a client’s orders for five years from their first purchase.
How and when are commissions paid?
QIMA calculates earnings at the end of each quarter and pays them the next quarter by wire transfer. If your balance is under US$100, it rolls over until the total exceeds this amount.
How does QIMA track my referrals?
When a visitor clicks your affiliate link, a cookie stores your affiliate ID. If that visitor later interacts with any QIMA site—by downloading a report, requesting information, or creating an account—QIMA records the activity and attributes it to you.
To refer someone offline, email their details to your Affiliate Manager so QIMA can credit the lead.
Where can I find marketing materials?
Approved banners, logos, sales decks, and email templates are available under the “Marketing Materials” section in the affiliate dashboard. If you require assistance with a specific matter, please contact your Affiliate Manager for support.
What are effective ways to promote QIMA?
Share your referral link in email campaigns, social posts, blog articles, newsletters, and video descriptions. Network with partners in your niche, work with opinion leaders, and communicate regularly and transparently.
Are there any restrictions on using QIMA’s brand?
Always use the official affiliate link provided by QIMA. Do not disguise or mask the link, and refrain from implying that your site is the official QIMA site. You may not register domains or bid on keywords containing “QIMA,” and you may not offer unapproved discounts or target existing QIMA clients. Full details are outlined in the Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions.
Can I refer offline leads or existing QIMA clients?
You can refer new offline leads by emailing their details to your Affiliate Manager. Existing QIMA clients or leads already in QIMA’s pipeline are not eligible for commission.
What support does QIMA provide to affiliates?
You’ll have a dedicated affiliate manager and can reach QIMA via phone or email for assistance. The dashboard gives real-time insight into your referrals and earnings.
