Akzeptables Qualitätslimit (AQL)

QIMA-Inspektoren benutzen für Stichprobenprüfungen ausschließlich die von der ISO 2859-Norm bereitgestellten Tabellen. Dieses Dokument, das von der International Organization for Standardization (ISO) veröffentlicht wurde, ist ein internationaler Standard mit Entsprechungen in allen nationalen Richtlinien (ANSI/ASQC Z1.4, NF06-022, BS 6001, DIN 40080).

Die AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit)-Stichprobennahme ist ein gängiges Verfahren, das angewandt wird, um anhand einer Lieferprobe zu bestimmen, ob die Gesamtlieferung die Spezifikationen des Kunden erfüllt. Mithilfe der Stichprobendaten kann der Kunde eine informierte Entscheidung treffen, ob er die Lieferung annimmt oder ablehnt. Ihr Inspektionsbericht wird klar und deutlich darstellen, ob Ihre Produktion Ihren ausgewählten AQL-Toleranzlevel erfüllt oder nicht.

Complying with AQL 2.5, no more than 10 units from that sample size can fail the inspection.
