This includes the introduction of over 400 new HS codes and more than 100 sub-categories to enhance product classification accuracy and tariff application. Several existing codes have been deleted or modified, affecting products under various technical regulations such as textiles, building materials, electrical equipment, and vehicles.

Existing Product Certificates of Conformity (PCoC) and Shipment Certificates of Conformity (SCoC) remain valid until expiry, with new codes assigned during customs clearance. The changes take effect on the SABER platform starting January 1, 2026. Stakeholders should review updated codes on SABER to ensure compliance and avoid delays in imports.
