Currently, the SQF Compliance Manager is overseeing the management and evolution of SQFI’s Compliance and Integrity Program (CIP) using data and statistics. Holds a Master's in Science and Engineering Technology as well as a Bachelor's in Mathematics.

With over 20 years of experience in the food safety sector, Kim completed a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Resource Management, followed by Principles of HACCP Training, Implementing SQF Systems, Cannabis Safety and Quality 101, Internal Auditing, and others. She has given presentations at the Global Cold Chain Alliance Conference, led food safety webinars, and trained many facilities to implement SQF systems.
