Das erwartet Sie

The EU Toy Safety Regulation (EU) 2025/2509 was adopted by the European Parliament on 25 November 2025, published on 12 December 2025, and enters into force on 1 January 2026, providing a 4.5-year transition period during which Directive 2009/48/EC remains in force. This regulation replaces the directive to ensure uniform application across Member States, enhance child safety from hazards including chemicals, and introduce requirements such as the Digital Product Passport.
To help you navigate these updates, we are launching a 2026 webinar series on compliance preparation, building on foundational topics like timeline, scope, requirements, obligations, assessment, documentation, and more.
Join us for our first session:
This first webinar covers general provisions, physical requirements, Digital Product Passport (DPP) and more under the EU Toy Safety Regulation (EU) 2025/2509, focusing on practical strategies for essential safety requirements and conformity assessment. Key updates include revised EN 71 standards published in 2025, such as clarifications for ride-on toys, mask testing, and epilepsy warnings for electric toys. Gain insights into safety assessments, market access, and Digital Product Passport preparation, mitigating risks like choking or burns.
